Go to Live Site’s Form
- Go to the live site.
- On the left sidebar, click Proposals.
- Search for last year’s grant.
- Click on the grant name.
Create Form on Staging Site
- Go to the staging site.
- On the left sidebar, click Proposals.
- At the top, click the “Add New Grant Proposal Form” button.
Copy Information from Live Site
- Copy relevant information over from the live site to the staging site.
- Update the year in the Title.
- When finished, scroll to the top of the page, double-checking to make sure everything is correct.
- Click Publish on the right.
- You will see a confirmation alert at the top.
Notify Regional Administrator
- Notify the regional administrator that the form is ready for them to update and test on the staging site.
- Provide instructions and links.
