Changing Applicant

Sometimes the applicant for a project will need to be changed. This cannot be done through the GMS, so you will need to go into the database to update this. 

1. Go to https://projects.sare.org/myAdmin/
2. Log in as root or sare_projects
   1. This is in the Tech Admin folder in Lastpass.
3. Go to the database “projects_2023”.
4. Go to the table sare_proposal_submitted.
5. In the applicant_id column, switch the id number: 
   1. Go to projects.sare.org.
   2. Locate the person’s account.
   3. In the URL, you will see the id number.
   4. Copy the id number.
   5. Paste the id number into the applicant_id column.
