Edit Proposal ID

The Proposal ID Numbers are automatically generated, but you can change it if desired. 

Getting There

1. Go to SARE Projects at https://projects.sare.org/ 
2. On the home page, click “Proposal forms”.

3. Locate the grant year for the proposal you are looking for.
   1. Note: If you are looking for older proposals, then click the “Show Previous Years” button at the top. 

4. Scroll down to the desired year.
5. Click the plus icon to see all of the grants. 
6. Underneath the grant name, click “Manage proposals”.

 

Change the Proposal ID

1. On the proposal you would like to change, click “Manage”.
2. Click “Edit ID”. 
3. Enter the desired Proposal ID.
4. Click “Save”.
